I've been employed with Kiddie Academy of Ellicott City for 14months.I've been a teacher in the public plato for 14yrs.and never felt appreciated or that what I provided to the education life even mattered.It wasn't until I started working with this fabulous company that I knew what the word appreciated meant!!!Not only are we told we are appreciated and valued,we are shown constantly.We. are acknowledged on our work anniversary,Birthdays and accomplishments in our personal lives!We recently became NAEYC accredited and to show appreciation for all of our hardwork and dedication;our boss took her entire staff to an all expense paid,all inclusive weekend in Cancun Mexico!!!!Not to toot our own horns but...BEEP!!BEEP!!!!Where does THAT happen you ask!!!!????ONLY at Kiddie Academy in Ellicott City!!!This is the best child care facility to be employed with.Come join the family of"ROCK STARS"!!!
