Pros
The only pros were the children and the supportive parents
Cons
The Owner was horrible! She had no clue how to run the facility, very unorganized. The owner did not provide proper training employees and there was always a problem. Hours were being cut constantly, never did I work a full time day. The owner had her favorites and only catered to them. The morale was not there she barely cared about the teachers just smiled in the face of the parents.
