      Building relationships with the children, teaching them lessons, participating in activities with them.

      Cons

      Management was terrible, very unorganized and unprofessional atmosphere, supervisor was very rude and didn't help at all when needed

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
