      flexible hours and make your own schedule

      Cons

      pay is horrible, staff are completely unprofessional, gossiping and rude behavior, almost always on personal phones during work hours. They also have little regard for the student/child to teacher ratio.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
