      working with the kids was great.

      Cons

      hostile work environment with the director. Micromanaging and always changing what was expected, like you could read their mind to know what they wanted.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
