      Pros

      The children made my day brighter and it was great helping them learn and grow.

      Cons

      Most of the employees there were dramatic and would instigate issues at work. The owner and director did nothing to fix the problem until it was too late.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
