      Connection to families Experience Coworkers were nice (when you were able to interact with them)

      Forced to use given curriculum Owner was demeaning to employees Given almost no planning time (an hour a week maximum)

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
