Not enough help in each classroom, ratios should be lowered for the quality they are promising to the parents. The pay is not worth the effort put in by teachers. The owners try their hardest, but don’t always seem to know what they are doing or what is best for a child care center. There is no room for growth/upward growth at this company. Once in a position you are stuck there. The company has had super high turn over constantly.
