      Pros

      Some of you teachers and families were a joy to work with.

      Cons

      They dont care about the teachers or the kids. The rosters were overfilled. Kids got moved to different rooms all the time to try to max out ratios.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
