      The children are the only pro at this company.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Micromanagers. Gossip (from the owners). Huge turnover. No assistance with classroom supplies. Owners/management try to hide things from parents. They lie about the menu. No benefits.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
