Administration insinuating employees are dumb/inexperienced at every turn. Absolutely no organization. Violent and unappeasable students. Poor communication with parents to adjust child behavior. No plan to correct poor behavior (discipline is seen as "against the child's will" while the behavior is disruptive and harmful to staff and other students). Passive-aggressive responses when assistance is requested with difficult students. Not enough pay. No air movement in rooms. Stifling uniforms with no options for professional clothing alternatives. Curriculum lacking any real substance. Training is expected to happen during nap time or on your own personal time with no compensation. No health insurance.
