      Rewarding experience with children, co workers supportive. Training available to move up from a TA to teacher.

      Cons

      Low pay, no health insurance , minimal time off. Long hours, can be stressful and tiring.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
