Pros
fellow teachers are wonderful as are students. admins will order pizza for staff meetins (although you aren't allowed to eat any until after the meeting when it gets cold)
Cons
admins take advantage of teachers and pressure them among other things, to come in and work during unpaid hours while at the same time giving teachers bare minimum time to plan during paid hours. its a trap. Admins also openly verbally belittle teachers in front of students.
