Pros
The job was great, and the kids were the best part. The only reason I gave it 3 stars. The experiences made will forever be treasured.
Cons
NEW ADMINS!!! Front Desk act like they don't know what they're doing half the time. Forever will be shifted around to rooms that are not yours, and will find someone else to take over your place in order for you to take over someone else's. You will never get help unless parents complain or the numbers demand it. A kid gets hurt and you need help to run the class while dealing with said child? Forget it. You can call them, they will never come until the very end, only to say they attended to the problem. Will constantly promise to give raises if you can do just a little more, but will never carry it through. You will have to buy your own materials, even crayons and dish soap. They will always put low enrollment as an excuse to not provide materials, even though enrollment is off the roof because of how good some of the teachers there are, and when you prove that it's needed, they will tell you to grab it from another room (probably bought from that teacher's own pocket). Yet they STILL want you to do activities and projects with the kids so the parents can have something to see. They say they will refund you, but they never do. ALWAYS low on staff, even when fully staffed. Everyone calls off whenever they feel like it, but only favorites get no repercussion. If you call out, they will call you or text you constantly to make sure you can't come in and to make sure you make it the next day. Schedules are always changing, no matter how much they try to convince you they're doing their best to avoid it, even when fully staffed.
