Pros
This Academy has been one of the educational cares where I have felt comfortable and enjoyed not just the children but the parents as well. The parents have a sense of care for the work that is put into keeping children safe and fed. Management was once great until recently.
Cons
Management has become unprofessional and indirect when it comes to issues. Haven’t heard about PTO or vacation time due to “enrollment” as myself who has been with the job for 8 months I have not had any offers of PTO and I never take off of work. When I requested a few days off there were doubts that I would be able to have my days off unlike other employees who take weeks at a time off.
