Pros

There’s actually none that I can think of besides cute kids.

Cons

- Barely any pay - Overworked - Expected to buy all classroom materials without reimbursement - Bosses love to gossip then wonder why there’s so many rumors going around (Christine) - No raises (Ive been here over a year and never gotten a raise, even after a promotion) - Bosses have severe favoritism issues that they refuse to address - Bosses refuse to deal with pluming issues professionally (clogged toilets for MONTHS at a time, no hot water, etc.) - Constantly asked to work on breaks or after work for free - No HR department

Parents were nice, children were sweet and smart.

Cons

The owners of kiddie academy of west Cary had a divide and concur mentality among their staff. Overrall most of the women working there were the most cattiness and cut throat people I’ve ever come across over a low paid, menial job. All we were doing was changing diapers, singing abcs and serving cookies and apples juice and the teachers would throw their coworkers under the bus for no good reason. The owners and directors expected staff to give their children special treatment. Very toxic environment.
