The kids are great, the parents are usually great as well! Met some of my best friends working here

Cons

-Pay is not livable (Less qualified made more than me) -Expected to stay past your shift all the time -If you’re sick, you still have to go in, or you’re guilt tripped if you call off -You get burnt out SO easily, loved my job in the beginning -You do have fun sometimes but most of the time there’s SO much drama with management

Parents were nice, children were sweet and smart.

The owners of kiddie academy of west Cary had a divide and concur mentality among their staff. Overrall most of the women working there were the most cattiness and cut throat people I’ve ever come across over a low paid, menial job. All we were doing was changing diapers, singing abcs and serving cookies and apples juice and the teachers would throw their coworkers under the bus for no good reason. The owners and directors expected staff to give their children special treatment. Very toxic environment.
