great families, staff in classrooms provide a lot of help and support.

Cons

administration can be pretty useless at time. when addressing behavioral concerns about the children, they will basically ignore it until it becomes a risk for the student and others as well. also very inconsiderate at times when it comes to scheduling

The owners of kiddie academy of west Cary had a divide and concur mentality among their staff. Overrall most of the women working there were the most cattiness and cut throat people I’ve ever come across over a low paid, menial job. All we were doing was changing diapers, singing abcs and serving cookies and apples juice and the teachers would throw their coworkers under the bus for no good reason. The owners and directors expected staff to give their children special treatment. Very toxic environment.
