Not at all what I signed up for - Assistant Preschool Teacher Kiddie Academy Employee Review

The pay was poor, the Asheville location failed to follow any of the protocols that were listed in the corporate company guidelines. The corporate guidelines suggest a safe atmosphere for kids to learn and grow. The Asheville location’s policy was to scream at small children until they listened. Management was aware and actively participated. They also failed to follow most of the NC state licensure requirements. It was a horrible place to work and I feel bad for parents who have no idea what environment they’re sending their kids into.
