Pros
Loved the kids, the parents were always super nice, and most of the teachers were nice. Emily (front desk) was always super nice and communicated well.
Cons
1. Very cliquey. 2. Worked 4-4.5 hours straight without a single break. 3. Got blamed for falling behind on the lunch break schedule, even though it was the fault of the other teachers not returning on time. 4. Got heavy items thrown at me by the same children and nothing was ever done about it for months. 5. No one followed through with consequences for the children until they were "threatened" with consequences 5+ times. 6. Was left alone in a room with ten 3-year-olds during lunch, leading to nap time, several times and rarely received help. 7. Was talked about multiple times. 8. Was expected to know what to do in every single room with little-no guidance, then was treated like I was stupid for asking questions. 9. Was never given shirts. Was never taught how to fill out an incident report. 10. I was only paid minimum wage, which is not nearly enough pay for someone working with kids who refuse to listen. 11. Lunch lady was very rude at times and straight up ignored me or grunted any time I said "thank you".
