      They work with your schedule and try to accomodate you with putting you with your preferred age group.

      Cons

      Not always working scheduled hours, rooms and scheduled plans become disorganized towards the end of the day.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
