      Good Benefits, Good Help when needed

      Cons

      Management is terrible, no set hours, long hours sometimes up to 13-14 hours, very unorganized, poor pay and while there is room to grow, they get to pick who they want up there and typically it’s someone who’s buddy buddy with the Foreman already.

      Pros

      The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

      Cons

      Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
