      Pros

      Kimble provides great apprenticeship opportunities and chances for career growth within the company. They focus on comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and wellness programs to help employees with physical, mental, financial, and spiritual wellness. They are value driven. Great leadership and have a great potential for growth not only here in Arkansas but across the nation.

      Cons

      Communication can be a problem at times. The 10-12 hr days 6 days a week can drain you physically and mentally. It doesn’t give you much time to spend with family or doing the things that we enjoy. The way we have to order materials is a bit of a drag.

      Pros

      The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

      Cons

      Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
