      The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

      Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.

      Pros

      Companies always talk about culture. Kimbel employees and decision makers really do value their culture of Hunger, Humility, Integrity, Team, and Grit. Seeing how they go about making decisions, this is clear and very much a point of emphasis. From business decisions to who they choose to bring on and work with, culture comes first.
