      Cons

      There’s only so much to learn, the work can get very monotonous if you get stuck with one builder for an extended period. Switching builders frequently can be beneficial for staying motivated in this particular field/company (this also applies to the crews you work alongside)

      Pros

      The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

      Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
