      Upper management is very cliquey. Had a coworker explain to me that I only succeed if I kiss up . I've watched several office teams gossip about each other when someone isn't in the room and then throw each other under the bus. Too much drama. They treat field guys poorly

      Pros

      The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

      Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
