      Pros

      We had solid guys in the field and a few that really pulled together when leadership didn't interfere.

      Cons

      The field coordinator had zero respect for our time or our teams. He changed schedules without warning, blamed crews for things out of their control, and yelled like a control freak when plans fell apart. It was brutal trying to get work done under someone that unstable. The constant stress and lack of communication crushed morale.

      Pros

      The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

      Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
