Pros
It's an OK company - Lot's of talk, but not any different than most other Hotel companies. Nevertheless, the slight difference they do offer is worth it, in comparison to the other brands that still operate like they did in the 1930's.
Cons
Low salary and terrible HR. Depending on what region you are in - There have been horrible experiences for many many people.
