      Pros

      When I quit the job and never had to return. Or having to hand deliver checks during my unpaid maternity leave to cover my premium cost. That was fun.

      Everything. Absolute nightmare of a company.

      The company offers many opportunities for growth, and good culture. Employee discount on room rate and food and beverage spending at other sister hotels.

      Cons

      Each hotel may be different because of management, so make sure you do your research.

      Decent pay and benefits. You might earn a bonus if your hotel meets all metric goals.

      Cons

      Might have to work double shifts. Customers in luxury brand are demanding and at times unreasonable.
