Pros

It costs only $50 to stay at a 5-star hotel that would have cost you well over $300 a night at a normal rate. People at work is generally friendly and courteous.

Cons

Promotion path is vague at best. There is no guideline or communication on how to get promoted. If you look at the organization structure, you will see there are managers and directors with no direct reports or a manager could be reporting to a VP. So, you can't get a sense of how someone get promoted or how a position is filled. Benefits are not great but sufficient.

Pros

Boutique, sleek and stylish hotel group for hospitality professionals that want to explore finer dining without the intensity.

Cons

Long hours, carpal tunnel syndrome, potential breakfast shifts, inescapable conversations with hotel guests.
