      Pros

      They have everything you can expect in a Software Development org, they are growing and lot of new faces at different hierarchies. Internally they encourage and provide opportunity for every individual to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Only thing would be their HQ building, but now they are going to get a new big fancy building near Tanger outlets. So no more cons.

      -Resources stretched thin at times, but that is no different than most companies.
