      To be a successful company it takes people, people who are real, who are honest, work with integrity, people who listen, who treat your input and thoughts equally. It isn't hype. Kinaxis is the real deal.

      Cons

      A rapidly growing company means things will change regularly. This can be a challenge for some people.
