We have a healthy prospect pipeline, supported by a growing BD team, and it includes companies looking for major supply chain transformations and deployments, as well as those who are after a more agile solution. These variations in prospect needs do have an impact on sales cycles but we are patient and empathetic with all our customers’, and future customers’, needs in mind. We also frequently review our total rewards offering for employees globally to remain competitive in benefit and reward programs and we recently introduced new health benefits in the US.
