      Lots of people to collaborate with

      Cons

      Pay is low and not competitive for the area. More responsibilities are given to you without an increase in pay. BCBAs are responsible for scheduling and other admin duties they don't have time for. Constantly taking on clients without adequate staffing is a huge issue.
