Pros
Working with kids on the spectrum. Yes…that’s literally the only pro I have.
Cons
Treatment of employees. This company truly could not care less about its employees. NO paid holidays, next to no commute compensation unless you complain MULTIPLE TIMES to upper management and HR, no guarantee on hours, and they will actually discourage you from doing a mandated report if they don’t deem it severe enough (despite the fact that you’re the only person going in to the home to witness things). I left, and you couldn’t pay me enough to go back.
