Empty promises and will cut your hours - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Kind Behavioral Health Employee Review

Upon accepting the job, they promised me I would be working 20 hours a week, but when I finished training they immediately cut my hours to 15, then to 12 hours a week. My first paycheck with a client was only 200$ for 2 weeks of work, They stated in a review period that they tried to fix pay continuity, but even when I got 20+ hours a week, I was notified by the clinic director that I would not have another client once one of mine left for at least 3 months. AKA another huge hour cut. Having two jobs is very common at this company and employee retention is low because they truly do not want to improve RBT's livelihood.
