      Pros

      Great benefits, pay, culture, professional experience, and you feel like you are genuinely giving back to the community you live in. I LOVED working for King County government. I would work there again!

      Cons

      My department within King County had some internal issues, but King County overall is a great organization to work for and they really care about employees.

      Pros

      Came to Rail from another division in the county, so much better than certain customer facing divisions. Work like balance and hybrid model are great. Lots of room for advancement in the admin world if you want it.

      Cons

      Can feel like you’re being micro managed or watched from the top at times but middle management is usually good at mitigating this.
