      Pros

      Very stable job. Plenty of training opportunities. Most people and all Judges are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      If you have a lazy coworker nothing will be done about it. You can make the same amount for doing everything or doing nothing. And management does nothing to encourage under performers to do additional work or even the base requirements of the job.

      Pros

      Came to Rail from another division in the county, so much better than certain customer facing divisions. Work like balance and hybrid model are great. Lots of room for advancement in the admin world if you want it.

      Cons

      Can feel like you’re being micro managed or watched from the top at times but middle management is usually good at mitigating this.
