      Pros

      never stuck for something to do, the business is always moving, either getting bigger or smaller. Some great people. Large company with international outlook.Good salaries and benefits for some.

      Cons

      very concerned by staff churn. poor HR and staff management in general, either you are up to the job or you are not type of approach. Too much change and lacking investment in people and systems

      Some nice people Decent pay and benefits

      Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
