Friendly environment - good people to work with Committed to investment Reasonable salary Good Grad Dev Prog - those people tend to get the best opportunities. Those grads who started before the GDP, get lost

Cons

Lose too many good people Listen to the minority and not those that actually do the work Too many selfish, career focused people who will do anything to progress Historically, lack of investment in engineering and R&D - see it as a necessary evil Typically those from a finance background progress best

Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
