Pros
The work culture is very personable and people like to chat and get to know each other.
Cons
Sometimes the culture can be very gossipy and toxic. There was a Director there with very bad anger-management issues who left the company, but even still, that management style was never addressed or corrected. It caused many workers a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety.
