Pros
Low workload and typical Irish relaxing working environment. Pressure only when deadlines approached, which typically only lasted a few days, after which management would just forget about them as priorities.
Cons
No motivations to work harder cause everyone else around clearly do not. Very UK/Ireland-focused and a bit nepotistic. Management team was kinda of a joke; many had no idea what they were doing and thus gained no respect from their subordinates.
