      Pros

      Very involved role Central point of contact with clinical trial sites, sponsor study teams, manufacturing, QA, and logistics vendors. Very dedicated team to work with (2020) Flexibility to work from home Benefits are outstanding

      Cons

      These may not be cons for some but this job requires a person with a very specific mindset that must be willing to put patients lives first and do what is necessary for them: Job requires a lot of dedication and attention to detail. Must be willing to work on call 24/7 in the event that a shipment needs immediate attention (this does not happen often however and have a team to support)

      Pros

      - Great benefits including 401K matching, tuition re imbursement, HSA matching, stock/bonus awards, and wellness awards. - Excellent campus with onsite/subsidized food court, gym, volleyball/pickle ball/volley ball court, zoom enables conference rooms, and shuttle service. - Company shutdown in July and December. - Laboratory spaces stocked with new equipment. - Utilizes electronic batch record system instead of paper.

      Cons

      - Poor collaboration between site leadership resulting in distractingly competitive environment focused more on positive optics rather than continuous improvement. - Poor short term and long term planning, often resulting in inconsistent operations schedule and unclear deadlines/objectives.
