      Pros

      Great benefits, 401k match, competitive salary, and very supportive team and management in Supply Chain. They really care about the employees and it shows when the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Employees who work from home were given $1000 allowance to cover equipment costs without having the need to publicize it (unlike tech companies). They also offered other resources and reimbursements. Management also encourages taking breaks, lunches, and promote healthy work/life balance. We even received a few food deliveries at home! Kite is also very diverse and inclusive. I feel very fortunate to work here.

      Cons

      Commute to Santa Monica is the only con for me. However, it's nice that they provide shuttles to/from the office from certain locations. Saves me at least an hour of driving through traffic one-way, each day.

      Pros

      - Great benefits including 401K matching, tuition re imbursement, HSA matching, stock/bonus awards, and wellness awards. - Excellent campus with onsite/subsidized food court, gym, volleyball/pickle ball/volley ball court, zoom enables conference rooms, and shuttle service. - Company shutdown in July and December. - Laboratory spaces stocked with new equipment. - Utilizes electronic batch record system instead of paper.

      Cons

      - Poor collaboration between site leadership resulting in distractingly competitive environment focused more on positive optics rather than continuous improvement. - Poor short term and long term planning, often resulting in inconsistent operations schedule and unclear deadlines/objectives.
