      Fighting against cancer, Entrepreneurial mentality, exciting, willingness in encouraging growth as you go. They provide great benefits and really care about the well-being of its employees. The team is professional and transparent and I value that.

      Cons

      In frequent employee reviews. Depending on the department you work in, there are cons. But, I have alot of freedom to learn and explore and build what I do. People just have to take initiative to ask for what they desire and partner with management to achieve that goal. It also depends on your manager as well. Overall, its great for me.

      - Great benefits including 401K matching, tuition re imbursement, HSA matching, stock/bonus awards, and wellness awards. - Excellent campus with onsite/subsidized food court, gym, volleyball/pickle ball/volley ball court, zoom enables conference rooms, and shuttle service. - Company shutdown in July and December. - Laboratory spaces stocked with new equipment. - Utilizes electronic batch record system instead of paper.

      Cons

      - Poor collaboration between site leadership resulting in distractingly competitive environment focused more on positive optics rather than continuous improvement. - Poor short term and long term planning, often resulting in inconsistent operations schedule and unclear deadlines/objectives.
