Pros

Pay and benefits are amazing...this is how they pull you in. My hiring manager was amazing. (When I left she was not my hiring manager)

Cons

Management does not communicate or listen. My experience is that hard work does not help you. Team was on a skeleton crew for each shift. After working 10 hrs they expect you to come right back on a moments notice regardless if you have family to attend to. Toxic work environment. On boarding takes too long. Kite does not care about Work life/Home life balance. I was targeted my upper management..I reported it to HR, nothing happened for 2 months. I found another job and HR told me during my exit interview that my upper management was going to have ER (Employee Relations) look into her regardless of me leaving or not. That it shouldn't have taken so long. My question is why was I still reporting to that individual for so long then for the behavior to continue? When I left I was not able to access my pay stubs through the ADP app...I have been in communication with HR about this. They keep thinking I'm asking my PTO (again communication). I've been pushed off to my old boss. (I did not have a proper exit interview to go over any paperwork). My direct report lost her entire reports within a month. My co-worker put in her resignation right before me for the same reasons. High turn over rate.

Pros

- Great benefits including 401K matching, tuition re imbursement, HSA matching, stock/bonus awards, and wellness awards. - Excellent campus with onsite/subsidized food court, gym, volleyball/pickle ball/volley ball court, zoom enables conference rooms, and shuttle service. - Company shutdown in July and December. - Laboratory spaces stocked with new equipment. - Utilizes electronic batch record system instead of paper.

Cons

- Poor collaboration between site leadership resulting in distractingly competitive environment focused more on positive optics rather than continuous improvement. - Poor short term and long term planning, often resulting in inconsistent operations schedule and unclear deadlines/objectives.
