Some of my coworkers were great. I really liked my managers and felt very supported by them. Lots of continued training so you are always improving your skills.
Cons
Not a lot of room for movement in the company. Low wages.

It sounds like you’re frustrated because you feel that you did not have the opportunity to develop as an employee during your time with us and we're sorry to hear that you feel you were paid less than you deserved. We work hard to invest in our people and compensate our team members for their hard work and accomplishments. We conduct periodic wage benchmarking to evaluate industry standards to stay as competitive as possible and our goal is to invest in our employees. Feel free to reach out to socialmedia@kitsapcu.org so we can learn more about your circumstances and learn how we can do better.
Lots of really genuine people on the lower tiers that want to help.
Benefits - new employees are offered 3 weeks paid vacation.
Lots of employee events.
Hybrid working arrangements.
Cons
Subpar pay - HR won't deny it and uses the benefits as the reason why.
Huge disconnect with the CEO.
Bargain basement software that breaks all the time.
Department - specific training is non-existent, they expect you to sink or swim.
Basic mistakes can lead to formal write-ups and termination - they will urge you to resign and claim "we won't deny your unemployment claim".
