Subpar pay - HR won't deny it and uses the benefits as the reason why. Huge disconnect with the CEO. Bargain basement software that breaks all the time. Department - specific training is non-existent, they expect you to sink or swim. Basic mistakes can lead to formal write-ups and termination - they will urge you to resign and claim "we won't deny your unemployment claim".
