      Kleinfelder is an extremely diversified A/E/C firm that offers a lot of opportunity for growth in a variety of technical fields. It is a growth-oriented organization that is looking to take on bigger, more complex challenges, while maintaining its roots as a client-oriented, local organization. The firm's recent reorganization into geographic divisions has significantly improved the firm's responsiveness, adaptability and agility.

      Cons

      The firm is a bit conservative with hiring practices and investment into pushing new technical frontiers.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience in the field Thorough onboarding and training Covered a required certification process Will help immensely for my future Overall, friendly and helpful employees

      Cons

      6:30 a.m. start time was a tough adjustment, but I ultimately got used to it. I did cry at the end of my time there, because I knew I would miss the people.

      Lax work environment and normal people, severance for getting laid off

      Cons

      Laid off suddenly, Management absent, refusal to change outdated systems
