Pros
Used to be a very employee orieniented company that allowed you the freedom to be innovative and allow for professional growth. Problem is it is all used to be.
Cons
Definate old boys network where if you aren't from California or in with the boys you will go nowhere, allow incompetent managers to remain in place way too long, allow talent to walk out the door, are more interested in doing it the Kleinfelder way instead of doing it the right way, has gone downhill as they have expanded. I really question how some of their offices stay in business. I think they are more worried about having dots on a map than actually operating good offices.
